What do I do if my water pressure changes?: Contact City Hall at (830) 709-3692, and a City employee will be dispatched to take a water pressure reading.

1. Why do you let the fire hydrants run?: Normally, the only time we allow the hydrants to run is in order to remove air that becomes trapped in the water line when we have to repair a leak.

2. How can a leaky toilet cause my bill to be so high?: Most people don't realize that a leaky toilet is the number one cause of water waste. When a toilet runs continually, the tank fills up, and the water continues to flow into the bowl. The discharge of water results in your water meter continually registering water usage.
