Community Center
History
The Lytle Community Center was built in 1992. Monies for this building were provided by a generous donation from Otis and Edith Wanjura; the Meadows Foundation and donations from several citizens. The Community Center is used for receptions, concerts, and town hall meetings.
Rental Information
Will need to bring in Driver's License.
Day Reservation Deposit: Day Fee:
$300 (For all Renters including non-profit) For Non-Profit/Lytle ISD -$150
Lytle City Limit Resident- $325
Non- City Limit Resident- $650
Security Fees:
Formula= No. of Officers X $40 Rate X Hours of Event (add 1/2 before & after event to calculate total hours)

2 Officers/ 101-200 people
3 Officers/ 201-300 people
No Alcohol- $0.00
The Peace Officer must be either a Lytle Police Department peace officer or TCOLE certified police officer. Peace Officers shall be coordinated by the Lytle Police Department.

History
The Community Center Annex Building was built in 1999 when the Lytle Nutrition / Senior Center was needing to be relocated due to the remodeling of Lytle City Hall.
