The rank of Police Officer does not use a uniform insignia.  The Police Officer is the backbone of the Police Department. Police Officers perform general and specialized law enforcement services to our community.  Some of our Police Officers are full-time while others volunteer.  All are well qualified and are proud to serve. Regardless of rank all sworn members of the Lytle Police Department are "Police Officers".  While Police Officer is at the bottom of this list they are at the top when it comes to who does the work and keeps the streets safe.
