It is expressly understood by the person making this request for security watch that the services provided by the Lytle Police Department or its Civilian Auxiliary during the security watch are services provided under the department's regular law enforcement and community support duties, that this request just notifies the department of the requestor's absence from the premise or special request. This notification does not create any type of contractual relationship between the requestor and the Lytle Police Department, the Civilian Auxiliary, or the City of Lytle. This notification does not mean that the premises will not be subject to criminal acts.
